#9059: Company Documents - Revision Approved By Can be a Committee Group

With more and more call on company policies and procedures needing to be approved by Committees as opposed to individuals, we have added this functionality into the Company Document module. When adding a new Revision, you now have the option to set the Approver Type as Staff or Committee, and then be presented with the associated list for making your selection.
